Landtree was established in 1997 to work with owners of rural properties throughout the southeast. The company offers a full line of forestry services.

We make timber appraisals, timber sales, and Forest Management Plans. We can Survey your property lines.

Our licensed and insured technicians have the expertise for Controlling Beavers and other varmints.

Through our Real Estate Services, we can sell your property or locate property for you to buy.

Landtree’s subsidiary, Timbertree, buys timber from private landowners. Our timber buyers can offer top dollar for your standing timber.

We also offer a Custom Thinning Service. Landtree is truly a "Full Service Land Management Company."

The founding partners are Randy Boyd and Tom Wood.

Randy is a graduate of Mississippi State University with over 30 years experience with the forest industry. He is a licensed forester and a professional land surveyor.

Tom is a graduate of North Carolina State University with over 45 years service with the forest industry. He is a licensed forester and real estate broker.
